 There are numerous ways that you can get involved with the Artumas Africa Foundation, each contributing to the growth and development of vibrant and empowered communities.
With your support we can change the lives of countless East Africans with schools, health education, business training, and access to food, clean water and power. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000.
Fundraising
The work done by Artumas Africa Foundation couldn’t be possible without the help of our donors. We look to engage our donors with an informative website, videos, newsletters and with trips to the region.
One successful fundraising initiative took place in September 2007, when 26 Artumas employees, corporate sponsors, friends and families took part in the adventure of a lifetime—climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. All totaled, over $300,000 was raised for the Artumas Africa Foundation.
 The six day tented hike followed the popular Machame route, following steep paths through magnificent forests to gain a ridge leading thought the moorland zones to the Shira Plateau. It then traverses beneath the glaciated precipices of the south face of Kibo providing superb views of the Southern Ice Fields.
