 In 2005 we funded a women's hostel for a secondary school in the Msimbati village to provide a place for women to stay during the week. Many girls must walk great distances, often being put in compromising positions, to get to school every day. AAF has found that by providing accommodations at schools, the percentage of girls completing their studies is much higher.
In addition to the dormitory, AAF has completed a kitchen, dining hall and three classrooms at the site.
